About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sr HR Operations Executive to lead end-to-end HR operations and
statutory compliance for the organization. The ideal candidate brings robust expertise in payroll processes, labour law
compliance, HRMS administration, employee lifecycle management, and employee relations, along with excellent
coordination skills across internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
● Manage day-to-day HR operations and end-to-end employee lifecycle activities.
● Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
● Administer attendance, leave management, and employee data through the HRMS.
● Support onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
Payroll & Statutory Compliance
● Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and validate attendance, leave, and salary components.
● Ensure timely processing and reconciliation of payroll.
● Manage statutory compliances including Provident Fund (PF), Employees' State Insurance (ESI), National Pension
System (NPS),



and Labour Welfare Fund (where applicable).
● Prepare and file statutory challans and ensure timely deposits.
● Liaise with statutory consultants and government authorities as required.
● Maintain statutory registers, records, and compliance documentation.
Insurance & Vendor Coordination
● Coordinate with insurance providers on Group Health Insurance, Group Term Life Insurance, and related
employee benefits.
● Manage employee enrolment, additions, deletions, claims support, and policy renewals.
● Liaise with payroll, HRMS, and compliance vendors to ensure smooth HR operations.
● Track vendor deliverables and resolve operational issues.
HRMS Administration
● Manage HRMS modules covering the employee database, attendance, leave, and payroll.
● Ensure data accuracy and generate MIS reports as required.
● Support HRMS implementation, enhancements, and user queries.
Employee Relations
● Address employee queries related to
