Role Overview
HCLTech is looking for an experienced AI Trainer / AI Practice Lead with 20+ years of experience to lead advanced AI learning initiatives, design and deliver enterprise-level AI training programs, and drive capability development across technical teams. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, and emerging AI technologies, along with proven experience in training, mentoring, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver advanced AI/ML training programs for technical professionals, architects, developers, and leadership teams.
Lead AI capability-building initiatives aligned with business and technology objectives.
Develop curriculum, learning paths, hands-on labs, assessments, and project-based learning programs.
Deliver training on Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents, NLP, Machine Learning, Deep Learning,
and AI/ML frameworks.
Mentor senior technical professionals and AI practitioners on real-world AI implementation and best practices.
Collaborate with technology leaders, SMEs, architects, and business stakeholders to identify AI capability gaps.
Drive adoption of modern AI tools, platforms, frameworks, and learning methodologies.
Conduct workshops, boot camps, technical talks, hackathons, and executive-level AI awareness sessions.
Develop practical, industry-relevant use cases and hands-on projects for learners.
Evaluate learner performance through assessments, projects, coding exercises, and technical evaluations.
Stay updated with the latest developments in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, AI governance, and responsible AI.
Guide instructional designers and trainers in developing high-quality AI learning content.
Define training standards, quality benchmarks, and governance mechanisms for AI learning
