Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to drive business growth across the Defence, Government, PSU,



and Institutional sectors, with a strong focus on the Bathinda, Meerut, and Kanpur regions and surrounding areas.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical understanding, extensive knowledge of Government procurement systems, GeM Portal operations, tender management, and business development. The role requires developing strategic customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, managing end-to-end tender processes, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies for Defence, Government, PSU, and Institutional customers, with priority focus on Bathinda, Meerut, Kanpur, and adjoining regions.
Identify and generate current business opportunities across Central Government, State Government, Defence establishments, CAPFs, PSUs, and educational institutions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with Defence officers, Government officials, proc
