What You Will Do

Own the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborate with hiring managers and technical leads across engineering disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Civil, Production)



to understand staffing needs and project goals.
Identify, screen/evaluate, and engage candidates whose abilities and motivations align with Koch’s values and vision; coordinate interviews and ensure clear, timely communication with all stakeholders.
Champion an exceptional candidate experience, acting as a brand ambassador to attract contribution-motivated talent and strengthen Koch’s reputation as an employer of choice.
Use data, technology, and market insights to continuously improve sourcing strategies and make informed, mutually beneficial hiring recommendations.
Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates using ATS, job boards, social media, and professional networks.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Minimum 4+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on engineering or technical roles.
