We are at an early stage, and our direction is intentionally fluid. We are now looking to establish a stronger presence in Goa and build the relationships, partnerships and commercial opportunities that can become the foundation for that presence.
We are looking for an experienced Partnerships Lead to help make that happen.
About the Role
This is a senior, hands-on commercial role for someone who knows how to build partnerships and generate business.
You will be responsible for identifying, developing and closing partnerships that create meaningful commercial or strategic value for Paxika.
The role is deliberately broad. You may work across brands, hospitality, F&B;, real estate, media, experiences, community, investment and other adjacent sectors.
We do not expect you to wait for a predefined list of prospects.
We expect you to know how to build a pipeline, develop a proposition,
get into the right rooms and close.
You will also help us understand where Paxika can create the strongest position in Goa and turn those opportunities into a repeatable business.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Partnerships & Business Development
* Build and manage a pipeline of prospective partners, sponsors, clients and strategic relationships
* Identify and originate new partnership opportunities
* Develop partnership propositions based on explicit commercial value
* Lead outreach, pitching, negotiation and closing
* Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers
* Develop repeat and long-term partnerships rather than one-off transactions
* Create structured commercial proposals, partnership packages and deal terms
Commercial Growth
* Generate measurable revenue and business opportunities for Paxika
* Develop partnership models that may involve cash, sponsorship, barte
