BDE plays a vital role in our institute, driving business growth through field visits and client engagement. We seek a dynamic & flamboyant professional as a Business Development Executive (BDE). The responsibilities include persuading clients to choose our services, meeting periodic targets, generating leads, and maintaining CRM systems. Key Responsibilities:

Prospect Management
Lead Conversion:



Conduct activities to generate leads and aggressively close deals, ensuring student enrollments.
Client Conversion: Convince clients to opt for our education services using a script or persuasive techniques.
Sales Promotion: Participate in all sales promotion activities, awareness programs, seminars, workshops, and other initiatives as required.
Business Operations
Field presence/ Home Counselling: Work an assigned territory, often up to 7 to 8 houses or locations daily.
Monthly Target Achievement: Achieve a monthly target provided by the Management.
Lead Generation: Call recent leads and conduct aggressive follow-ups.
Reports & Guidelines Management
CRM Management: Maintain all software like CRM, HRMS, and others required.
Guideline Adherence: Adhere to the Red and White guidelines for counselling.
Policy and SOP Compliance: Follow the institute’s rules, policies, and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
