About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth for hotels and hospitality clients in the US market.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, identifying potential hotel clients, building relationships with decision-makers, and supporting revenue growth through hotel sales, corporate sales, banquet/event business, and hospitality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities within the US hotel and hospitality market.
Prospect and connect with hotels, resorts, hospitality groups, and hotel management companies.
Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, market research, and networking.
Conduct outbound calls and communicate with US-based hotel owners, GMs, sales directors, revenue managers, and other decision-makers.




Understand client requirements and present suitable hotel-related products/services.
Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Schedule business meetings, product/service presentations, and client discussions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations based on client requirements.
Negotiate commercial terms and assist in converting prospects into business opportunities.
Follow up regularly with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales and business development targets.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, repeat business, and account expansion.
Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
Research competitors, market trends, hotel segments, and potential business opportunities in the US.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handover of new clients.
