About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Relationship Manager – HNI / Wealth Management to manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients. The role involves delivering customized wealth solutions, deepening client relationships, and driving revenue through advisory-led product distribution.

Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Portfolio Management
Acquire and manage a portfolio of HNI / Ultra HNI clients
Build long-term relationships based on trust, service, and performance
Manage client portfolios with a focus on growth, retention, and profitability
Wealth Advisory & Financial Planning
Understand client financial goals, risk appetite, and investment horizon
Provide tailored investment strategies across asset classes
Offer holistic wealth solutions including investment planning, tax optimization, and estate considerations
Product Distribution & Revenue Generation




Drive revenue through advisory and distribution of wealth products:
Mutual Funds (Equity, Debt, PMS, AIF)
Insurance (Life & General)
Structured Products / Bonds / Fixed Income
Achieve AUM growth and revenue targets
Maximize wallet share and cross-sell opportunities
Client Engagement & Servicing
Conduct regular portfolio reviews and performance discussions
Provide market insights, investment updates, and proactive recommendations
Ensure best-in-class service experience and quick resolution of client queries
Business Development
Generate recent HNI leads through referrals, networks, and industry connections
Leverage existing relationships to expand client base
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal compliance
Maintain proper documentation and client profiling (KYC, risk assessment)
