Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with strong exposure to the US market and Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, acquiring US clients, developing strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth for Aeren LPO.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies for the US market.
Identify, prospect, and acquire new US-based clients.
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, networking, referrals, industry databases, and other channels.
Build relationships with US law firms, legal departments, corporations, and professional services organizations.
Understand client requirements and position Aeren LPO's services accordingly.
Conduct discovery calls, presentations, capability discussions, and commercial negotiations.




Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and onboarding.
Prepare proposals, presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and commercial quotations.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Develop account relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Work closely with operations, legal, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and business development reports.
Monitor US market trends, competitor activity, and emerging outsourcing opportunities.
Represent Aeren LPO at relevant industry events, conferences, webinars, and networking forums.
