What you'll actually do.
■ Lead, don't just execute. Take a brief from “here's the idea” to “here's the storyboard, the style frames, and the plan,” and rally a team of junior designers around your vision.
■ Storyboard like a director. Translate scripts, decks,



and half-formed client ramblings into shot-by-shot visual narratives that actually make sense before a single frame gets animated.
■ Wield AI like a scalpel, not a sledgehammer. Build and refine generative workflows: prompting, firstframe locks, image-to-video pipelines, that accelerate output without turning everything into generic AI mush.
■ Build motion systems, not one-offs. Design reusable templates and modular kinetic systems so the whole team can move quick without reinventing the wheel on every deliverable.
■ Make type move with intention. Kinetic typography that breathes, snaps, and syncs. Never just words sliding across a screen because the brief said, “add text.”
■ Ship at a social speed. Juggle reels, ad cutdowns, and brand IP content simultaneously, without any of it feeling rushed or recycled.
■ Mentor for the next generation. Review work, give feedback that actually helps, and level up the kinetic team's collective craft. You're the standard they measure against.
