Role Description The Patient Care Coordinator – Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The individual in this position supports patients from initial inquiry through post-consultation follow-ups, ensuring a smooth journey for those considering LASIK or cataract procedures.



Daily responsibilities include handling incoming calls and walk-in inquiries, explaining treatment options and pricing, scheduling consultations and procedures, and coordinating with clinical and administrative teams to confirm appointments and documentation. The role also involves maintaining accurate patient records, tracking leads and conversions, and achieving sales and service targets through clear communication and professional guidance. The coordinator is expected to provide empathetic, informed support, address patient questions and concerns, and uphold Eyekure’s standards for patient experience and ethical sales practices.
Qualifications
Strong patient communication and customer service skills, including the ability to explain medical procedures in transparent, accessible language.
Sales and counseling abilities, with experience in converting inquiries into appointments and guiding patients through decision-making processes.
