Bristlecone India Limited is seeking a skilled and experienced SAP Project Manager to join our SAP PM Competency - Delivery department. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading end-to-end SAP implementation projects, driving transformation, and ensuring timely and successful go-live. This role demands exceptional project management skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to navigate complex SAP landscapes.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end SAP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful go-live.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
Establish effective project governance structures and ensure adherence to best practices.
Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and efficient project execution.
Conduct regular progress reviews, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.




Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct thorough project evaluations and post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends, driving innovation within the organization.
Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP project management, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
In-depth knowledge of SAP modules and their integration, with a focus on SAP PM.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a cooperative and inclusive approach.
Proficiency in project management tools and method
