Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Head of Bakehouse role based in Mumbai, with responsibility across all Subko bakehouse operations Pan-India. The role involves overseeing daily operations, leading recipe development, ensuring high-quality production standards,



and managing the workflow of the baking and viennoiserie teams. The Head of Bakehouse will implement innovative approaches to enhance flavours while adhering to the brand’s commitment to sustainability and creativity. This role plays a key part in maintaining the unique ethos and global quality standards of Subko Bakehouse.
Hotel industry / Hospitality background is a must.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Bakery Operations Management
Oversee end-to-end bakery operations across all regions Pan-India
Ensure consistency in production processes, recipes, and quality standards
Implement best practices to improve efficiency, output, and customer experience
2. Product Development & Innovation
Work closely with the culinary and R&D; teams to design and launch recent bakery products
Continuously improve existing menu offerings based on feedback and market trends
Conduct periodic trials and testing before product rollout
3. Quality Assura
