ABOUT MCPL

Morari Commercial Private Limited (MCPL) / VERDE is a greenfield Fire-Refined High Conductivity (FRHC) Continuous Cast Rod (CCR) copper manufacturing facility being established at Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. With a planned annual capacity of 58,000 metric tons, MCPL will be among the most significant copper rod manufacturers in North India.

The plant produces copper rods and cast bars for wire and cable manufacturers, transformer and busbar producers, and air-conditioning tube manufacturers — built to international benchmarks with precision-grade FRHC technology, advanced furnace systems, a multi-stand hot rolling mill, and a controlled quenching line.

ROLE SUMMARY
MCPL is building its plant and its workforce at the same time.



This role owns the complete human resources and administration function at the site — recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, contract labor, employee relations, and facilities. Because the facility is greenfield, the person in this seat will set up registers, policies, and systems rather than inherit them.

This is a hands-on, standalone role reporting directly to the Directors. Independent capability in PF and ESI filing is a mandatory requirement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding — Manage end-to-end hiring for staff and workmen — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer and appointment letters, joining formalities, and induction.
PF & ESI Filing — Independently handle monthly ECR filing, ESI contributions, challan generation, UAN and IP creation, KYC updates, and employee claim support. (Mandatory)
Statutory Compliance — Maintain compliance under the EPF & MP Act, ESI Act, Factories Act, Contract Labor
