We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced banking professional to join the Bank’s Compliance Department, with a focus on Regulatory Compliance for Retail Assets (Loans and Advances).

Key Responsibilities -
Vet new retail asset products, processes, and initiatives from a regulatory-compliance perspective.
Review policies, standard operating procedures, and manuals to ensure alignment with applicable regulatory requirements.
Conduct compliance risk assessments and thematic reviews of retail asset activities.
Provide regulatory guidance on RBI requirements relating to credit, loans and advances, interest rates, IRAC norms, and related areas.
Conduct compliance testing across branches and relevant head-office functions.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop, implement, and monitor the Compliance Testing Framework.
Track remediation plans, management responses, process improvements, and closure of action points arising from compliance testing.




Support the Head of Compliance in reporting key regulatory-inspection matters to the Board and the Audit Committee of the Board.
Coordinate the collation and timely submission of responses to RBI observations and inspection requirements.
Liaise with RBI, where required, to obtain clarification on regulatory matters.
Ensure regulatory circulars and guidelines are disseminated internally within prescribed timelines.
Identify action points from regulatory communications and follow up with relevant business units to ensure implementation.
Advise retail and wholesale credit teams on RBI regulations and guidelines.
Support business teams with regulatory queries related to retail asset products, including MSME loans, mortgages/home loans, and personal loans.
7–8+ years of banking experience in a Compliance role, with significant exposure to Retail Assets.
Solid working knowledge of RBI regulations governing loans and advances, interest rates, IRAC norms, and retail lending.
Practical familiarity with MSME, mortgage/home
