Role Description The WTP (Water Treatment Plant) Head is responsible for overseeing the complete operation and maintenance of the water treatment facilities supporting ethanol production. This full time, on-site role, based in Agar Malwa district, includes planning and supervising daily plant activities, monitoring water quality,



and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations. The WTP Head will manage the team, allocate resources, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment to minimize downtime and optimize plant performance. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, implementing standard operating procedures, and collaborating with production, utilities, and EHS teams to support efficient, sustainable operations.
Qualifications
Strong technical knowledge of water and effluent treatment processes, including filtration, RO, softening, and wastewater treatment systems.
Experience in operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of pumps, valves, instrumentation, control panels, and other WTP-related equipment.
Familiarity with environmental regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements relevant to industrial water and effluent treatment.
