The Job

We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-focused HR Experience Apprentice to support the Employee Experience and Engagement team. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their HR journey who is eager to learn, contribute creatively, and help build a positive and engaging workplace culture. The apprentice will gain hands-on exposure to employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, events, and HR best practices.

What You Will be Doing

Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs.
Assist with internal communications such as newsletters, emailers, intranet updates, and employee announcements.
Help coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person events (e.g., scheduling, vendor coordination, materials).
Maintain employee engagement calendars, trackers, and documentation.
Support onboarding and induction activities to ensure a welcoming experience for new hires.
Assist in collecting and organizing employee feedback through surveys and pulse checks.




Track participation and help prepare basic reports on engagement initiatives.
Act as a support point for employees regarding engagement activities and programs.
Assist in organizing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) celebrations and initiatives.
Stay curious about HR and employee experience trends and share new ideas with the team.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

Graduate or pursuing a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related ield.
Prior internship, project work, or campus committee experience in HR, events, or communications is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive organizational skills with attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Of ice and/or Google Workspace.
Familiarity with Canva or beginner-level AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, analytics dashboards) is an added advantage.
