Job Overview

This prospect provides an excellent experience of Project Transitions/Transfer within TE Product Portfolio as well as provides an opportunity to work on New Project Industrializations.

Reporting to the AD&M; India Project Management Leader, the position holder will have primary responsibility for leading project transitions/transfers and New Project Industrializations. The Project Manager role position holder will drive the successful performance of multiple high profile/value projects following defined methods and processes to achieve commercial and efficiency targets set by the business.

Job Requirements

Project Scoping and Progress Reporting to Sr. Leadership through a defined Review Rhythm
Leading Cross Functional Meetings to assess Project Progress and liaison in resolving conflicts/issues
Risk Management and leadership of Risk Assessment activities




Timely Escalation of issues as applicable and utilisation of project change controls
Defining all necessary requirements for the Product(s) being developed by the project.
Managing and being accountable for a project budget, liaising with procurement to ensure timely acquisition of goods and materials
Liaising with customers and Customers/Sales globally as applicable
Strong interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills and the ability to build strong, credible relationships with multiple organization functions (internal and external)
Clear strategic thinker with the ability to execute on priorities
Self-motivated with the ability to perform in a demanding environment
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills including at senior levels Results driven
A professional level of business acumen and good commercial understanding
Excellent organisational, time management and administrative skills
Exceptional oral and written commun
