About The Role

As an Advanced Analyst – IBP (Integrated Business Planning), you will be responsible for development and configuration across Demand Planning, Supply Chain/Logistics, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;). The role will report to the Director and will work as an individual contributor.

What You Will Do

Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for supply chain planning solutions, specializing in Demand & Supply Planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;), and SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
Provide functional expertise and governance for SAP IBP,



including solution configuration and continuous enhancements aligned with business requirements.
Design, support, and document end-to-end supply chain planning processes, workflows, and data models across SAP IBP and its integrated solutions.
Drive the solution architecture and integration across SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, supporting business transformation and process optimization.
Lead project workstreams and strategic initiatives for implementing new capabilities and enhancing existing functionalities across SAP IBP and SAP ECC/S/4HANA Supply Chain.
Drive accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the SAP IBP environment while effectively managing priorities, risks, dependencies, and scope changes.

What You Need To Be Successful

6–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), with expertise across Demand and Supply planning, I
