Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video and Graphic Editor role based in Gurugram. The person in this role will plan, edit, and produce video content for marketing, patient education, and internal communication, ensuring alignment with Joyzen’s brand and messaging. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating graphics and motion graphics, designing visual assets and brochures, and preparing layouts for digital and print channels. The Video and Graphic Editor will collaborate with marketing, clinical,



and operations teams to understand project goals, translate concepts into engaging visual narratives, and manage files and asset libraries for consistent use. The role also involves optimizing content for various platforms and maintaining brand standards across all visual materials.
Qualifications
Solid skills in corporate identity and branding, with experience creating cohesive visual systems.
Proficiency in graphics and graphic design, including layout, typography, and color theory.
Experience in motion graphics, video editing, and visual storytelling for digital platforms.
Ability to design brochures and other marketing collateral for both print and digital use.
Hands-on expertise with industry-standard design and video tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalents).
