Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Development Manager (BDM) role for Paint Protection Film (PPF), based in Gurgaon.



The BDM will focus on driving sales and market expansion for PPF solutions by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with automotive dealerships, detailers, and other channel partners, and negotiating commercial terms. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads, managing the sales pipeline, delivering product presentations and demos, and supporting partners with training and promotional activities. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align pricing, marketing campaigns, and customer support, while tracking performance metrics and reporting on sales outcomes. The ideal candidate will actively represent UnitePro.AI and its PPF offerings at industry events and customer meetings to strengthen brand presence in the region.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in business development or sales, preferably in automotive, car care, PPF, or related protective coatings.
