About the Role

We are looking for a Data Entry Intern with a Law background to support our legal text and data management activities. This role is suitable for freshers and law students who have good attention to detail, basic computer knowledge, and an understanding of legal terminology and documents.

The intern will be responsible for accurately entering, reviewing, organizing, and maintaining legal information in our database/system.

Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update legal data, case information, judgments, acts, sections, and other legal content in the system.
- Review legal documents and extract relevant information accurately.
- Verify entered data for completeness and accuracy.
- Format and organize legal text according to company guidelines.




- Maintain records and ensure proper classification of legal information.
- Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data.
- Conduct basic legal research when required.
- Work with MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets, or internal data management tools.
- Maintain confidentiality of legal and company information.
- Complete assigned data-entry tasks within deadlines.

Eligibility & Skills
- Law student or graduate with LLB / BA LLB / BBA LLB or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers and interns are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of legal terminology, statutes, judgments, and case laws.
- Good typing speed and data-entry accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
- Positive written English and reading comprehension.
- Ability to handle repetitive work with accuracy and consistency.
- Basic legal research skills will be an advantage.
