About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media Manager who understands the entertainment and creator ecosystem and knows how to build audiences around artists, creators, shows, digital properties, and entertainment-led content.
The ideal candidate should be highly active on social media, have a solid understanding of internet culture and emerging trends, and be able to turn entertainment moments into engaging, platform-native content.
This role requires a combination of content thinking, social media strategy, community building,



trend spotting, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies for creators, artists, entertainment properties, shows, and digital-first brands.
Own day-to-day management of social media platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, and other relevant platforms.
Build and maintain content calendars based on upcoming releases, shoots, appearances, events, campaigns, and cultural moments.
Work closely with creators, artists, content teams, editors, designers, and other stakeholders to develop engaging social content.
Identify trending formats, memes, sounds, conversations, cultural moments, and internet trends and quickly translate them into relevant content.
Develop platform-specific content ideas, hooks, captions, CTAs, and formats designed for maximum reach and engagement.
