We partner with clients across industries to deliver custom software, product engineering, and IT consulting services. As we grow our presence in the domestic (India) market, we are building a dedicated sales function out of our Jaipur office and are looking for a Head of Sales to lead it from the ground up.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Head of Sales to own domestic revenue growth for Habile Labs and to build, hire, and lead a high-performing sales team (5–10 members) based in Jaipur. This is a leadership role: you will define the sales strategy and playbook, close deals personally in the early stages, and progressively build out a team of sales executives, business development representatives, and account managers reporting to you. You will be a key member of the leadership team with direct influence on revenue strategy and go-to-market decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Own the domestic sales strategy, pipeline,



and revenue targets for Habile Labs, reporting directly to leadership.
Build the sales function from the ground up — define processes, sales playbooks, pricing approach, and CRM/reporting cadence.
Hire, onboard, and lead a team of 5–10 sales professionals (business development representatives, sales executives, and account managers) based in the Jaipur office.
Set individual and team targets, coach the team on pipeline management and deal execution, and review performance regularly.
Personally drive and close key deals with mid-market and enterprise clients across India, especially in the early stages of team building.
Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound lead conversion, referrals, and partnerships.
Own the full sales cycle — prospecting, qualification, solution presentation, proposal/pricing, negotiation, and closing.
