Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer & Embroidery Punching Operator to join our apparel team. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in graphic design, fashion content creation, video editing, and embroidery digitizing/punching.
The role involves creating high-quality visual content for apparel collections while also developing embroidery artwork and converting designs into production-ready embroidery files.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Creative Content
Create engaging visual and motion content for apparel collections, campaigns, and brand promotions.
Design social media posts, reels, lookbooks, catalogs, emailers, e-commerce banners, and promotional creatives.
Edit raw footage from fashion shoots, factory floors, product shoots, and model photoshoots into high-quality videos and reels.
Create motion graphics, text animations, transitions,



and visual effects for campaigns and product launches.
Maintain consistency in brand identity, including fonts, colors, layouts, imagery, and overall visual style.
Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, styling, and product teams to develop creative concepts, storyboards, and moodboards.
Organize and maintain high-resolution product images, videos, design files, and other digital assets.
Embroidery Design & Punching
Create and develop embroidery artwork for logos, motifs, patches, labels, and garment designs.
Convert artwork into production-ready embroidery files using professional digitizing software.
Operate embroidery punching/digitizing software and prepare files according to garment specifications.
Ensure correct stitch density, underlay, thread direction, sequencing, sizing, and placement.
Coordinate with the embroidery production team to ensure accurate execution of designs.
