About the Role
Responsible for planning, managing and delivering end-to-end façade installation projects, ensuring timely execution, quality compliance, cost control and stakeholder satisfaction. The role will lead façade and cladding projects from project initiation through final handover while coordinating with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, fabrication partners and internal teams.
Responsibilities
Leading end-to-end execution of façade and cladding projects using StoneLAM Porcelain Slabs.
Developing detailed project plans, schedules and execution strategies aligned with overall construction timelines.
Coordinating with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, fabrication partners and internal teams for smooth project execution.
Monitoring project progress, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions to ensure timely delivery.
Managing project budgets, material, fabrication, installation and logistics costs, including project variations.
Reviewing technical drawings,



shop drawings and installation methodologies for compliance with project specifications.
Conducting regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship, approved drawings, safety regulations and building-code compliance.
Overseeing façade fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning activities.
Ensuring effective resource planning, contractor coordination and material availability throughout the project lifecycle.
Preparing project reports, progress updates and documentation while communicating project status to management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Qualification – Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management.
10–15 years of experience in façade project management, preferably in high-rise commercial, residential, hospitality or mixed-use projects.
Robust technical knowledge of façade and cladding systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of MS Project and/or Primavera will be an added advantage
