We’re Hiring: Marketing & Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a creative, strategic and hands-on Marketing & Social Media Manager who can take ownership of social media for SA Group, an Event Management Company based out of Delhi, while also contributing to marketing strategy, campaigns, client servicing and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage social media end-to-end from strategy and content calendars to publishing, engagement, creation and performance

• Develop marketing strategies and creative campaign concepts for the company and clients

• Manage client servicing and relationships understand client requirements, maintain regular communication, identify their needs and translate them into marketing strategies, campaigns and presentations

• Create high-quality marketing decks, client pitches, campaign proposals and presentations

• Conduct market, competitor and trend research to support campaigns, strategies and new business pitches

• Track campaign and social media performance,



prepare reports and derive actionable insights

• Use AI tools and have video editing capabilities to improve content creation, research, ideation, presentations and overall marketing workflows

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with a digital, creative, advertising or event agency

• Strong understanding of marketing, social media and digital content

• Excellent command over PowerPoint/Canva and presentation creation

• Working knowledge of video editing and AI tools

• Solid client servicing and relationship management skills

Most importantly: We’re looking for someone who can take ownership, think and execute — from understanding a brief to developing the idea and taking it all the way through to execution.

Role: Full-time
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000/month
