Job Description – Senior Android HMI/UI Developer (FIGMA) | 9–12 Years Experience

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Android HMI/UI Developer with 9 to 12 years of experience in designing, architecting, and developing next-generation Android Human Machine Interface (HMI) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Android application development, UI architecture, FIGMA-based design implementation, and leading teams in delivering exceptional user experiences.

This role requires a combination of hands-on technical expertise, architecture ownership, stakeholder management, mentoring capabilities, and a passion for creating intuitive, visually rich, and high-performance user interfaces, particularly in Automotive and Embedded environments.

What You Will Do

Lead the design, development, and delivery of Android HMI/UI applications and platforms.
Architect scalable, reusable, and maintainable UI frameworks and component libraries.
Collaborate with UX designers and product teams to translate FIGMA designs into production-ready applications.




Drive UI/UX strategy and ensure adherence to design standards across multiple products.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
Define and enforce Android development best practices, coding standards, and review processes.
Optimize application performance, responsiveness, accessibility, and usability.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Architects, QA, and Business Stakeholders.
Lead technical design discussions, effort estimations, sprint planning, and feature prioritization.
Resolve complex UI, integration, and performance bottlenecks.
Drive innovation by evaluating emerging UI technologies, frameworks, and development practices.
Participate in customer discussions and provide technical recommendations for UI/HMI solutions.
