? What We're Looking For
Strong experience in ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB and CSDM
Experience supporting and troubleshooting ServiceNow applications in production
Understanding of service modeling, CI relationships and CMDB data
Experience with SPM processes and functionality
Solid exposure to Telecom/Telco environments
Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
