Role Overview:
Experienced Merchandiser with expertise in garment merchandising, production coordination, and order management within the PPE, uniforms, and workwear industry. Skilled in handling end-to-end merchandising operations, factory coordination, production tracking, and ensuring timely execution of orders while maintaining quality and compliance standards. Adept at managing buyer requirements, vendor communication, and cross-functional coordination in quick-paced business environments,



particularly within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:
Order record management & Critical Path tracking
PO release and factory coordination
T&A; and WIP tracking
BOM creation and fabric/trims arrangement
Tech pack coordination and sample approvals
Inspection planning and production documentation
Packing list & invoice coordination
Fabric testing and quality compliance management

Preferred Experience:
Garments / PPE / Workwear / Uniform industry
Knowledge of merchandising processes and production follow-up
Strong coordination and documentation skills
Experience in handling factories and supplier communication

Skills Required:
Merchandising & production coordination
BOM & tech pack management
MS Excel and reporting
Communication and follow-up skills
Attention to detail and deadline management
