Role Description The Affiliate Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Noida. The individual in this role will manage and grow affiliate partnerships, including onboarding new affiliates, maintaining relationships, and monitoring performance across campaigns. Daily tasks include tracking and analyzing affiliate traffic and conversions, optimizing campaigns for ROI, and coordinating with internal marketing, sales,



and technical teams to implement offers and promotional strategies. The Affiliate Executive will handle reporting, identify opportunities to improve performance, resolve partner issues, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. The role also involves market research to identify potential affiliates, competitors, and emerging trends in performance and mobile advertising.
Qualifications
Experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing, preferably within Ad Tech or mobile advertising.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data, track KPIs, and use reporting tools or Excel/Google Sheets for performance analysis.
Effective communication and relationship-management skills for working with affiliates, internal teams, and external partners.
