We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Growth Associate to join our team and contribute to our business growth through student engagement, business development, relationship building and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and explore new growth and outreach opportunities
Engage with prospective learners and understand their requirements
Present relevant programs and solutions based on learner needs
Support enrollment and business growth activities
Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing students
Manage follow-ups and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Track leads, activities and conversion metrics through CRM
Coordinate with Marketing, Admissions and Operations teams
Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and customer engagement
What We’re Looking For
Excellent communication skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Customer-centric approach




Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Good time management and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Prior experience in sales, business development, counselling or customer relationship management is an advantage
