What will your role look like?
• Engage with procurement, purchasing and business decision-makers across Europe, Middle East, US and other international markets.
• Initiate high-level discussions around business requirements, products, market needs and potential opportunities.
• Ask the right questions, identify business needs and articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Position yourself as a business consultant, rather than simply making a sales call.
• Negotiate, qualify and drive meaningful discussions with senior stakeholders.




• Build and maintain long-term relationships that can translate into repeat business.
• Conduct secondary research to understand companies, industries, markets and prospects before approaching them.
• Communicate professionally with international stakeholders through email and business communication.
What we’re looking for
✔️ Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
✔️ Strong probing, questioning and convincing skills
✔️ Comfortable with international outbound/cold calling as part of business development
✔️ Ability to confidently communicate with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
✔️ Strong presentation and stakeholder-management skills
✔️ Moderate secondary research capabilities
✔️ Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
✔️ Comfortable working as part of a team and with versatile international shifts
✔️ International Trade / Import-Export knowledge is an added advantage
