Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and customer-oriented Sales Executives to join our lighting showroom at New Aatish Market, Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities – Sales Counter

* Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable lighting products.
* Explain product features, pricing, offers, and availability.
* Generate sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
* Prepare quotations and coordinate for billing and order processing.
* Maintain proper product display and showroom presentation.
* Follow up with customers and build long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities – Field Sales

* Visit dealers, contractors, electricians, architects, interior designers, and potential customers.
* Generate new leads and develop new business opportunities.




* Promote and explain the company’s lighting products.
* Maintain relationships with existing customers and dealers.
* Generate orders and ensure regular customer follow-ups.
* Conduct regular market visits and maintain daily sales reports.
* Achieve assigned sales targets.

Eligibility

* Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
* Previous experience in sales, lighting, electrical, or related industries will be an advantage.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Robust customer-handling and convincing skills.
* Target-oriented and positive attitude.
* For Field Sales: Local market knowledge and a two-wheeler will be an added advantage.
