Role Summary
We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Business Finance to sit within the Marketplace team and act as the financial backbone for marketplace operations. This role owns the numbers behind every marketplace transaction — reconciliation, payouts, fees, and cash flow — while acting as the primary bridge between the Marketplace team and Central Finance on compliance, reporting, and fund coordination. The ideal candidate combines sharp analytical skills with a genuine curiosity about how marketplace settlement mechanics work end-to-end.
