Role Description The Placement Executive will be responsible for coordinating and managing campus placement activities for students at IEC College Of Engineering & Technology, Greater Noida. This full-time,



on-site role in Noida includes building and maintaining relationships with recruiting organizations, identifying suitable job opportunities, and organizing placement drives, interviews, and career fairs. The role involves guiding students on resume preparation, interview skills, and professional etiquette, as well as conducting training sessions and pre-placement talks in collaboration with faculty and industry partners. The Placement Executive will track placement statistics, prepare reports, and ensure timely communication between students, employers, and the college. The position also requires ongoing market research to understand industry trends and align placement strategies with evolving employer needs.
Qualifications
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Placement Department.
Demonstrated experience in job placements, campus recruitment coordination, or talent acquisition.
