About the Role
We are looking for a energetic Manager – Business Development to drive growth of Value Added Glass (VAG) products. The role focuses on expanding business in semi-urban markets, strengthening channel partner relationships, and enhancing brand presence through technical and commercial engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and business development of Value Added Glass products (Opal, Trendz, etc.)
Maintain leadership position in hard-coat reflective glass in the trade segment
Expand market reach and improve penetration within the assigned territory
Build and manage strong relationships with channel partners, architects, builders, and key customers
Conduct customer meets, presentations, exhibitions, and conferences
Monitor market trends and map competitor products, pricing, and services
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports




Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and high service levels
Support brand building through technical knowledge sharing and demonstrations
Train and upskill internal teams and channel partners on product applications
Candidate Profile
Experience: 5- 10 years in sales/business development
Industry Exposure: Construction / Building Materials must
Education: B.Tech / MBA (preferred)
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
