Job Summary

The Enterprise Account Manager at Hitachi, Ltd. is responsible for developing and nurturing long-term relationships with key Government clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction through the strategic sale of Hitachi's diverse portfolio of solutions and services.

Job Responsibilities





Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and strategic objectives within assigned Central Government accounts.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities, understanding client needs, challenges, and strategic priorities.
Present and articulate the value proposition of Hitachi's products, solutions, and services, including IT infrastructure, industrial solutions, energy systems, and digital transformation technologies, to C-level executives and key stakeholders in government.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including pre-sales engineers, solution architects, product specialists, and professional services, to develop tailored solutions and proposals.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Build and maintain solid, trusted advisor relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
