Salary: ₹1,00,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month, based on experience and clinical expertise
Ø About the Role
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Vascular Surgeon to join our Hyderabad Region team. The doctor will primarily focus on the diagnosis and treatment of vascular and varicose vein conditions, with a key focus on Endovenous Radiofrequency Ablation (EVRF/RFA) and related minimally invasive vascular procedures.
The selected doctor will undergo 2–3 months of structured training covering the complete patient journey, including pre-operative assessment, procedure assistance/execution, post-operative care, patient counselling, follow-up, and management of procedure-related requirements.
Ø Key Responsibilities
1. Clinical & Patient Assessment
Conduct detailed clinical evaluation of patients with vascular and venous disorders.
Diagnose and assess varicose veins,



venous insufficiency and related vascular conditions.
Review Doppler/ultrasound reports and determine appropriate treatment plans.
Explain treatment options, procedures, advantages, risks and expected outcomes to patients.
Coordinate with the clinical and counselling teams for appropriate patient management.
2. Vascular Procedures
Perform and/or assist in EVRF/RFA and other vascular procedures as per clinical protocols.
Ensure appropriate patient selection and pre-procedure preparation.
Follow established surgical and infection-control protocols.
Maintain high standards of patient safety during procedures.
Coordinate with OT staff, nursing teams and other clinical personnel.
3. Pre-Operative Care
During the training and subsequently as an independent surgeon, the doctor will be responsible for:
Complete pre-operative patient assessment.
Review medical history, investigations and Doppler findings.
Assess patient fitness for the planned procedure
