Role Description The Distributor role at Arsomaa India Pvt Ltd is a hybrid position based in India, with a mix of field work and some work-from-home flexibility.



The Distributor is responsible for developing and managing a network of retailers and sub-distributors, ensuring consistent product availability and visibility within the assigned territory. Day-to-day activities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market visits, presenting product ranges, negotiating commercial terms, and coordinating order placements and deliveries in collaboration with internal logistics and sales teams. The role also involves monitoring inventory levels, tracking sales performance, collecting market feedback, and supporting promotional campaigns and in-store merchandising. The Distributor will maintain accurate records, prepare periodic sales and market reports, and uphold Arsomaa’s standards for customer service and brand representation.
Qualifications
Proven experience in distribution, channel sales, or FMCG/consumer durables trade operations within India, preferably in home appliances or electronics.
