Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced creative agency environment. This full time, on-site role is based in Navi Mumbai and will assist with recruitment coordination, onboarding support, and maintaining employee records. The intern will help implement HR policies,



support employee engagement initiatives, and assist in managing basic personnel and benefits-related queries. Additional responsibilities may include scheduling interviews, preparing HR documentation, and contributing to HR process improvements under the guidance of senior HR team members.

Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
Candidates should possess skills related to HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
