We're hiring a Fractional BD & Sales Head at Innoventure Global
(Revenue-share to start → Retainer + Commission on proven traction)

Innoventure Global is a SME first boutique consulting and product innovation partner , we fix how businesses run (process redesign, RFPs, solution architecture) and then help them grow (CRM, automation, growth marketing automation). We work in the industries Travel & Hospitality, Retail, BFSI and other SMEs adopting rapid business and system transformation & automation typically between ₹100–500 Cr revenue businesses.

We're not hiring a salesperson. We're looking for someone who already has a foot in the door a seasoned leader having real relationships with decision-makers (CXOs, founders, ops/tech heads) in any of these sectors and has personally built or scaled revenue before.

What you'll own:
• Source and close clients across Travel, Hospitality, Retail, BFSI & SME-automation
• Own the full sales cycle pitch, negotiate, close leveraging your existing network first
• Represent Innoventure's positioning-diagnosis-first,



not vendor-pitch
• Work closely with delivery leadership to shape deal scope and pricing
• Typical engagement size: ₹15L–₹75L per client (Lead Service → Solution Design → Growth Marketing)

Who we're looking for:
• 7-10+ years in BD / enterprise sales / account management, ideally selling consulting, CRM, automation or tech-enabled services
• Proven track record closing deals with ₹100–500 Cr companies
• An existing network in Travel/Hospitality, Retail, BFSI or SME segments this is non-negotiable
• Comfortable with a build-phase compensation structure, not a fixed-salary mindset

Compensation structure:
Phase 1 (Build)-Revenue share on every client you source and close. No retainer.
Phase 2 (Scale)-On hitting an agreed threshold of successfully delivered clients, transition to a Retainer + Commission structure, with a path to a formal Sales & Accounts Head role.
