Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic, driven and result-oriented Business Development Manager who will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building solid relationships with key industry stakeholders and converting projects into business for IDEAAZ.
The candidate will be expected to identify upcoming projects at an early stage, establish relationships with decision-makers, understand project requirements and work closely with the design, technical and project teams to develop the right solution and successfully close business.





Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities across commercial, corporate, hospitality, residential, retail and other premium projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with: Architects, Interior designers, Lighting designers and consultants, MEP consultants, Developers, Project management consultants, General contractors, Electrical contractors, Facility management companies, End clients and decision-makers
Identify projects during the design and specification stage and ensure IDEAAZ solutions are positioned and specified.
Generate leads through networking, market mapping, references, industry events, client meetings and professional relationships.
Conduct regular meetings and presentations with architects, consultants, clients and project stakeholders.
