Role Description This contract, in office Engineering Manager role is based in Goregaon and focuses on leading engineering teams that build and maintain Haptik’s AI-driven products and platforms.



The Engineering Manager will oversee end-to-end software development activities, including planning, technical design, implementation, integration, and deployment of scalable, reliable systems. The role involves collaborating closely with product management, design, data science, and operations teams to define technical roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. The person in this role will mentor and coach engineers, drive best practices in coding, testing, and DevOps, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Additional responsibilities include managing project timelines and resources, resolving technical bottlenecks, and ensuring that solutions align with business goals and customer experience standards.
