MAKERS Laminate is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Sales Coordinator to strengthen our sales operations and ensure seamless coordination between customers, sales teams, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support the sales team in managing daily sales activities.
Handle customer enquiries, quotations, orders, and sales documentation.
Track orders from confirmation to dispatch and ensure timely updates.
Coordinate with customers, dealers, distributors, and sales representatives.
Maintain accurate customer records, sales data, and order status.
Follow up on pending orders, payments, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, accounts, and other departments.
Prepare sales reports, MIS, and performance updates for management.




Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and service-related issues.
Support the sales team in maintaining solid and long-term customer relationships.
Who Should Apply?
5+ years of experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Support.
Strong communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
Experience in laminates, building materials, interior products, furniture, or related industries will be an advantage.
