Job Summary
The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in website management, digital marketing, SEO, social media marketing, and lead generation. The candidate should be capable of independently managing the company website, creating engaging content, and executing both organic and paid marketing campaigns.

Roles & Responsibilities
· Develop, maintain, and update the company website using WordPress or other CMS platforms.
· Coordinate with technical teams/vendors for website enhancements and bug fixes.
· Plan and execute organic marketing campaigns to improve brand visibility and engagement.
· Plan, execute, and optimize paid (inorganic) marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
· Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities to improve search engine rankings.
· Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and competitor analysis.
· Create and publish engaging content on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram,



and other relevant platforms.
· Prepare monthly content calendars and marketing campaigns.
· Monitor website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and Search Console.
· Generate marketing reports and recommend improvements based on campaign performance.
· Coordinate with internal teams to create marketing collateral, creatives, and promotional content.
· Stay updated with digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and SEO best practices.

Required Skills
· Website development and website content management (WordPress preferred).
· Solid knowledge of SEO (On-page, Off-page and Technical SEO).
· Experience in Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
· Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
· Knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram marketing.
· Content writing and copywriting skills.
· Basic graphic design knowledge using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is preferred
