Role Description
This is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai for a Fabrication Supervisor. The Fabrication Supervisor will oversee daily fabrication operations, including planning and coordinating production activities, assigning tasks,



and monitoring workflow to meet quality and delivery targets. The role involves supervising fabrication teams, providing hands-on guidance in welding and related processes, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards. The supervisor will inspect work at various stages to maintain rigorous quality control, troubleshoot fabrication issues, and collaborate with management and other departments to optimize productivity. The role also includes training and upskilling team members, maintaining fabrication documentation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in processes and equipment utilization.
