Strong writing and communication
Good visual taste
Interest in luxury, fashion, jewellery and branding
Curiosity and original thinking
Ability to research and learn quickly
Strong ownership and follow-through
Comfortable working independently
Organised and deadline-driven
Someone who wants to grow, learn and build, not simply hold a job
