Key Responsibilities:
Supports critical US technology hiring initiatives.
Ensures timely fulfilment of niche and high-volume technical positions.
Acts as a strategic partner to hiring managers and business leaders.
Directly impacts project delivery, workforce planning, and business growth.

Skills & Experience Required:
7+ years of US recruitment experience. Senior Individual Contributor managing End-to-end recruitment lifecycle management
Experience handling multiple requisitions simultaneously
Expected to work independently with minimal supervision
