Job Overview

We are looking for a Mid-Level L2 Application Support Engineer with 3–8 years of experience to join our Application Support team. The role focuses on supporting production .NET applications with multiple integrations, handling ServiceNow queues, creation reports and dashboards in ServiceNow, handling QA for the applications, writing & maintaining user manuals, resolving minor issues, and collaborating with L3 teams for advanced technical matters.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in L2 technical support, is comfortable working in a ticket-driven workplace, and is available to support CET-aligned working hours (12:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST).

Responsibilities:
